~About Miss Jeanette~
My name is Miss Jeanette! I am a wife, momma, artist, lover of music, a poet and a dreamer. I love to work in my yard and my favorite thing in the entire world is...call me crazy, cleaning!
Growing up my life dream was to be a momma. As a teenager I babysat frequently and after graduation I became a nanny. I knew that the childcare profession would become my passion and I have been a licensed Childcare Provider for several years since. After a 2 year hiatus with the birth of our third and last child, I am excited to return to this passion with a new location and many new exciting ideas.
I am married to Sgt Colin Arthur, a United States Marine. He is a musician and an amazing husband, father and provider. We have three children....Olivia is 13 and in 7th grade at Sedgwick. She is a momma hen and looks forward to helping at daycare a few days a week after school. She does preschool lessons and enjoys reading and playing games with the children. Angelo is 9 and in 3rd grade at South Colby. He is a lover of nature and enjoys sharing his knowledge with his daycare friends. He is kind hearted and very helpful. Hayla Lavender, our last little wonder, is nearly 3 years old. She is excited whenever she has the oppurtunity to play with children her age and I know she will love having friends over every day!
We are a very blessed little family. Our home is a 1925 Brick Craftsman overlooking the puget sound, Cascades, Seattle sky line, Blake Island and the ferry run.
We look forward to sharing our home with you here at Southworth Sunflowers Family Childcare!
